Chairman's Message

It is for me a pleasure to present the Direct Line Corporation, which I started back in 2008 as a business adventure to serve the need for Omani SMEs to fill gaps in the market in a range of activities that at the time were of first necessity, such as proper Pet care, import & export of goods, services and other activities.

Some of these business activities are still in operation, others I have added, according to my vision of playing the competitive marketplace with best products and services.

My purpose has always been to make a difference, create jobs for Omani and specialized Expats, bring the best out of my staff and produce added value and prosperity to everyone involved in my businesses, from clients to suppliers and employees.

Vision & Mission

Under the inspired leadership of owner, entrepreneur and Chairman Said Saif Al Mamari, the activities of the Direct Line LLC started in 2008, when it was established and became an entity registered at the Oman Chamber of Commerce.

The aim and purpose of the Chairman has been from the start to supply the Oman market with products and services that correspond to the requirements of the moment, responding to the needs of the Oman society and the reasonable expectation of creating prosperity to the Oman people, the company, its clients, collaborators and suppliers.

The variety of Direct Line’s existing activities show this purpose clearly and will be extended over time in parallel with new and exciting business adventures that will increase the spread of healthy and prosperous enterprises.

ISO 9001 Certification

Direct Line LLC and its subsidiaries recognizes its responsibility to reduce any negative impacts arising from its activities and have a positive impact where possible. Direct Line recognizes that managing the quality of its activities is a business-critical issue for the group.
Please note that we are currently going through the ISO certification process, however all our processes will apply based on ISO standards
